Blond is 4 plugins created on the basis of almost inaccessible Italian equipment of the 1950-1980s, which take you on a fascinating sound journey through the Bel Paese of yesteryear .

An extremely transparent 4-band EQ with 24 line mic preamps that accurately recreate the ambience of a 1970s console as envisioned by one of the greatest Italian designers in music history. We used this vintage console at L’Amor Mio Non Muore, a boutique studio located just outside Forlì, a picturesque medieval town in the heart of the Italian countryside.

A transparent 4-band parametric “Sontec style” EQ from the 1980s that works wonders in mastering. The luscious transformer-based preamp gives you plenty of sonic characteristics to experiment with.

To call this module an equalizer would be an understatement. We think “pre-mixer” better describes the creative potential of this powerful processor. Based on unusual Italian-made studio gear from the 1960s, 70s and 80s, this module will be a mood enhancer for your mix with a distinct tonal palette. These basic solid-state tube or FET devices have a highly non-linear response, meaning they are powerful and bold. Warning: Don’t be alarmed if your analyzer fails!

All files were taken from the Acustica Audio release from R2R and repackaged as an installer to facilitate installation/removal and save hard drive space.
