Two years after the release of Jade Ethnic Orchestra, we are back in Beijing, China with our co-producer Seth Tsui to create a collection of virtual instruments that pushes the boundaries of instrumental performance development to a new level. The result of this journey was Jade Evolutions.

Jade Evolutions is not a sample library in the traditional sense of multisamples, dynamic layers and looping. The recordings we have made are very expressive performances in each part of the traditional Chinese orchestra, as well as vocal ensembles. Based on our experience with our Syllabuilder and X3M engines, we’ve developed a brand new one using Native Instruments’ Kontakt sampler to give you access to these performances in an intuitive way, as well as combine them with custom electronic sounds recorded for it by hardware synths. modern cinematic sound.
